Terms of use
The rules for using this website and the customer portal. Last updated October 5, 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and the Leedsa customer portal. Software licenses and development projects are covered by their own agreements, which take priority over these terms where they differ.
Using the website
You may browse this website and contact us for any lawful purpose. Information here describes our services in general terms and may change without notice. It is not an offer or a commitment until it is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
Customer portal accounts
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use downloads, license keys, and installation packages only as your license allows.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a license key has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, to bypass license checks, or to reverse engineer protected parts of our software, except where the law expressly allows it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and software on this website belong to Leedsa or its licensors. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your project agreement.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
