Who we are

This website, the customer portal, and the licensing services behind our software are operated by Leedsa ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information across all three.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, company, the service and budget range you choose, your message, and the IP address and browser details of the request.
  • Customer portal accounts. Your name, email address, company, and password (stored only as a one-way hash), plus sign-in records such as IP address, device, and browser.
  • Licensed software. License and installation identifiers, the domain or device the software runs on, the installed version, and periodic check-ins used to verify the license and deliver updates.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals.
  • To provide the services and software you signed up for, including license checks and updates.
  • To keep accounts and systems secure and to prevent abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting and email delivery, under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protect forms and sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, account data while your account is active, and license records for the life of the license plus any period the law requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, license verdicts are cryptographically signed, and access to administrative systems is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Send your request through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
